a.  We would like to replace the current music selection of our ADS-ON-HOLD® production with holiday music at no-charge.

We recognize that this is only possible for subscribers using the Studio-in-a-BOX player, or those with Unlimited Length productions.

We recognize the criteria set forth for receiving this option at no-charge, otherwise this request will be converted to 2a., above.

We wish to continue using our existing announcer messages, but would like to substitute our current music selection with holiday music to use through January 2, 2020.  We understand that for "Studio-in-a-BOX" subscribers selecting this option, a 2½ minute holiday music selection may be substituted, regardless the length of our normal music selection. To qualify for this selection, we agree to meet with the following conditions:

• We must be a current ADS-ON-HOLD® Studio-in-a-BOX or Unlimited Length subscriber, in good standing.
  
  
• (Studio-in-a-BOX subscribers only)  We have returned all previously used voice/music modules, excluding those currently in use.  
  
  
• We are presently current with our regularly scheduled productions.  (That is, there is no back-log of unused or rollover productions.)

If we don’t qualify with the conditions above, this request will be converted to 2a., above.

Unlimited Length Subscribers will receive a web-link by email, enabling us to download the entire 2019 collection of
ADS-ON-HOLiDay™ music, and stock holiday greetings. You will also receive short interviews with Santa Claus, Mrs. Claus, and Santa’s Elves!  We look forward to arranging this new material with our existing announcements on our computer, and adding them to the rotation.
