    I agree to pay $229 (initial deposit plus first month's subscription) plus applicable sales tax, if any. Starting at approximately 30 days after the initial payment and continuing for a minimum of 24 months, I agree to pay an additional $29/month for as long thereafter as I choose to remain an ADS-ON-HOLD® subscriber. I agree to provide 60 days advance written notice of cancellation after the initial 24 months, and if I choose not to continue I will return the FM transmitter and all material in good condition within 15 days of cancellation. ADS-ON-FM® subscribers are required to maintain their ADS-ON-HOLD® subscription in good standing to qualify for this low rate.
